The PC has a 17 flat panel monitor, a 4 in 1 scanner, copier, fax, printer, wireless mouse and keyboard, and a 150GB hard drive for starters. It is currently running Windows XP. I need to get rid of it, my business is changing and I need something with better editing and graphis capabilities and is more stable. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I purchased a laptop from Best Buy a little over a month ago, (HP Laptop, Windows Vista Home Premium), however, it continues to get the blue screen of death while no programs are even running (even after it’s been reformatted)!! I tried to take it back, as I don’t want a buggy laptop, but they assured me they’d fix it. I got it back, with the same problem (repeat x2). Now, all I want is my money back. Is there anything that I could possibly do to get:
A) My money back
B) Store Credit
or (unpreferably)
C) A new computer of the same model?

I just installed a new itunes on a different computer, and I want to manually sync some videos to my ipod. What I need to know if if I plug my ipod into the computer(which is FILLED with my music) will it start to synchronize right away to the empty itunes list? I don’t want to loose my music on there! How do I make sure that doesn’t happen?

I wanted to transfer some of my files from my desktop pc (not everything, just a 6GB folder of all of my music and pictures) to a laptop. Is there a usb cable or something that I should buy to transfer them? Or is there an easier way?
